The company is one of the oldest and more energetic companies in the household appliance sector in Greece. It is a fourth-generation family business.

We work with all major retailers in the Greek market, totaling over 400 active points of sale.

It is segmented in wholesale business and after-sales service. Under wholesale activities, main focus is given on so-called white goods in areas of washing, cooking and cooling and home comfort where the company is positioning itself as a market leader in niche product categories such as heating and air comfort, namely dehumidifiers and air purifiers.

The company has an extensive service network of more than 70 authorized technicians all over Greece and its own service organization in Athens and the greater Attica region with 7 technicians, a call center and a testing lab. Since 2009, the service department operates as a separate business unit under the Serviceworld brand. The company has also signed exclusive after-sales service agreements for the AEG brand and IKEA domestic appliances with Electrolux, as well as Candy and Hoover brands with Candy Group for Athens and the Attica region. It is also providing after sales service for HENDI cooking appliances in Greece and Cyprus.

Organizational Structure

The company is organized in 4 autonomous departments which report to the CEO. These are: Sales -including in-house Logistics operations, Accounts, Imports and After-sales service.

Logistics Capacity

The headquarters are located in a private-owned building with total capacity of 4500 sq.m conveniently located in Greece’s largest national road on the north outskirts of the Greek capital. Appliance warehouse capacity is 1500 sq.m., and spare parts warehouse capacity is 500 sq.m.
The logistics operation consists of a fleet of 2 (8 and 10 tns) trucks, 2 Transit VANS, 6 service vehicles and 6 sales vehicles.


Apart from the PHILCO brand name, the company has registered the ATLANTIC brand name, which is used for low-cost products such as a full range of refrigerators and microwave ovens from China. Since 1995 the company has cooperated extensively and imported products from a number of Chinese factories such as Galanz, Midea and HOMA. Throughout the years, the company has managed to establish the PHILCO and ATLANTIC brand names, as synonyms of quality and value-for-money goods.
